Brittany is an accredited Functional Movement Coach with over 15 years of experience. Her own fitness journey began as a child where she had a passion learning several dance styles, along with playing volleyball through to her collegiate years. As an adult, she has competed in bodybuilding competitions, but her true passion lies in helping others, fueled by seeing how their quality of life changes every day.
She lives by the mantra that, “If we keep our bodies moving the way they were made to function, longevity and quality of life increases.” Therefore, her goal for every training session is that clients have fun, learn more about their body, and feel better knowing they are moving one step closer to reaching their health and fitness goals!
