During our initial assessment, you will learn about how your body moves and imbalances you have through different exercises and stretches and we will determine your fitness baseline. After you invest in yourself, I’ll create a tailored routine with exercises suited to help you achieve your goals. At Britt4Fit we are invested in your success, we’ll also kickoff that routine with a 55-minute live walkthrough, and then periodically touch base throughout the first month to provide related guidance.
After the 30 days, we can continue to adjust your routine to keep you motivated moving forward with your progress, and keep you on your health fitness journey for a monthly fee.
