During our initial assessment, we will determine your fitness baseline by learning about how your body moves and imbalances you have through different exercises and stretches. After you invest in yourself, we will create a tailored routine with exercises suited to help you achieve your goals. We are invested in your success at Britt4Fit, so we’ll also kickoff that routine with a 55-minute live walkthrough, and then periodically touch base throughout the month to provide related guidance.
After each 30-day cycle, we will re-evaluate your progress and goals, and then adjust your routine to keep you motivated moving forward with your progress.
