Working out with others is motivating and inspirational. So grab your friends, or make new ones in class, and come get functionally fit together! Whether you are a beginner learning the exercises for the first time, or call the gym your second home, our classes will challenge and raise your health and fitness to the next level.

Tuesdays 1:00pm - 1:45pm

Stretch & Foam Roll

Come stretch your muscles and learn foam rolling (self-massage) techniques to create more mobility and work out those tight spots. You will leave this class feeling relaxed and having more energy to tackle the rest of your day! Foam rollers and mats are provided.

Pelvic Core Strength

Did you know if your feet are not hitting the ground properly, your pelvic floor/core will not be as strong as it can be and cause you to pee when you sneeze? The Pelvic Core is made up of your pelvic floor, abs, back, and diaphragm. In this class you will be with like minded females to strengthen your whole body to support your pelvic floor/core. This class is for all fitness levels.
