This class consists of many strength exercises that get your heart rate up and help your body move the way it was intended, using a wide range of exercise equipment. Bring your readiness to work outside of your comfort zone and willingness to work as a team with the rest of the class to take your body to the next level.
Ever pee when you sneeze or laugh? That is your pelvic floor and core not functioning properly. This class will help strengthen your muscles through different exercises with bands, balls, and mats (that are provided) to support your pelvic floor and core and help your body function better overall.
